          Enoch Evans, a retired US Army veteran, passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 92 in Gulfport, Mississippi. He was born on June 10, 1931, in Newton, Mississippi, to Purvis Evans and Frances Evans White.

           

          Enoch dedicated 20 years of his life to serving in the US Army, where he displayed unwavering commitment and bravery.

          After his military service, he ventured into various professions, including owning Evans Pawns and Loans in Manitou Springs, Colorado, during the 1980s. He also worked as a private detective for a few years.

           

          Outside of work, Enoch had a wide range of hobbies and interests.
